PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ProloGelĀ®Ā Urgent CareĀ formula is intended for short-termĀ treatment of acuteĀ pain with sensitivity.Ā This formula harnessesĀ two simultaneous therapeutic mechanisms: local anesthesia (through the action of Lidocaine) and pain reliefĀ (through the supportive effects of ProloGelĀ®'s patented base ingredient formulation).
TYPICAL PAIN PROFILE
1. A localized site of exquisite painĀ involving highly sensitiveĀ surface nerves and tissues.Ā Marked sensitivity to touch and movement.Ā Ā
2. A "flare-up" of a condition involving ongoing irritation of peripheral nerves,Ā requiring a more robust, temporary pain relief measure.Ā
HOW DOES IT WORK?
ProloGelĀ®Ā Urgent Care containsĀ Lidocaine, a local anesthetic, which temporarily blocks pain signals in sensory nerves.Ā Ā This effect is supportedĀ by a ProloGelĀ®'s patented, specifically buffered and concentrated dextrose-containing base, which is intended toĀ soothe irritated nerves.Ā
WARNING:
ProloGelĀ®Ā Urgent Care contains Lidocaine.Ā Please read product label for safe use.Ā
Do not use if you have a history of:Ā Hypersensitivity or adverse reactions to lidocaine or lidocaine-containing products, including local anesthetic injections.
Avoid contact with the hands:Ā Use gloves, skin barrier, or applicator when applying this product to prevent absorption and accumulation of Lidocaine through the hands.
Do not use for more than 10 continuous days.
